João Nobre

Founder. Started coding at 6. Two exits before 21.

I was identified as gifted, so curiosity has always felt less like an interest and more like a force. I learned to type before I could properly write by hand, and I started coding at six because I wanted to make Minecraft mods.

In school, while my friends talked about normal kid stuff, I was quietly convinced that I would build the next Facebook. Saying it out loud sounded delusional. Then I found founders who made that kind of ambition feel less lonely.

Previously

At Pag.Ninja, I joined as founding engineer and helped turn an early idea into a payments company that merchants relied on every day. We built it around a simple promise: more sales approved, less friction, and safer transactions. I received equity early on and had a successful exit when the company was acquired.

At Hypebud, I joined as the first hire and technical lead at Brazil's largest influencer marketing agency. I turned ambitious ideas into products and experiences that reached tens of thousands of people, working closely with leadership, major brands, and public figures.

I still take Minecraft very seriously.

Be delusional.
